Resolve - 10 Year Anniversary

10th April 2018 - Resolve get together celebration event with special guest - Mayor of Welwyn Garden City.

I felt privileged to be part of an important milestone event marking 10 years for Resolve. An immensely important charity that has helped so many people. I'm not just being biased because my wife (Tracey Sterling) works here as a counselor / support worker. Drugs and alcohol cause havoc on many peoples lives - many of us have been effected by loved ones struggling to battle this addiction or have been fighting themselves. No-one is immune and we are only human. Life can be very tough sometimes and it takes courage to pick yourself up and fight addiction that can so easily take a hold of us. This event was joined by some key members of staff - some who have been here right from the beginning. The mayor also showed her support in making a visit.

All in all it was a good day and I look forward to the official 10 year anniversary celebrations taking place on 20th May. Hope to see you there!
